If you are in burnout then you need to start with some tools to calm your nervous system down.
I have created a couple of options you can try. You will need to practice them as the neural pathways that are needed to get lasting change only comes from repetition.
With both options there is either a video or audio. The tools will only work if you do them, not just have them on whilst multitasking (I know you're busy and it's a temptation but I promise that the small investment in your time will pay off!)
