What Audiences Will Learn

Claire’s keynotes help audiences understand what happens in the brain and body under sustained pressure. Attendees learn how to recognise early warning signs, respond to stress before it becomes burnout, and use practical tools to regulate their nervous system during a demanding working day. The content also looks beyond individual self-care. Claire explains how workload, boundaries, the work environment and workplace culture can affect wellbeing over the long term. This gives leaders and teams a shared language for discussing pressure and building healthier ways of working and staying productive.

Every session is grounded in evidence-based psychology and adapted to the audience. The aim is not only to raise awareness, but to give people strategies they can use immediately to support workplace wellbeing, sustainable high performance and a healthier work-life balance.
