Depending on your difficulties and goals, I will draw on different therapeutic models including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and CBT. Above all I will endeavour to offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you will feel heard and supported to handle life’s challenges.

If we work together I will make sure that therapy is tailored to your unique needs and experiences. My aim is for you to feel encouraged to tap into your existing strengths but also to learn new helpful ways of managing difficult feelings, thoughts, or other distressing experiences so that they are not getting in the way of living a rich and meaningful life.

Fee: £110 per session
