One-to-one therapy
We offer a warm and professional therapy service to people wishing to work on these areas.
In particular Dr Claire Plumbly & the Good Therapy Ltd Team specialise in the impact of traumatic events which can lead to difficulties such as PTSD, OCD, Anxiety and more.
How it works
We can work with you online (using Zoom) or face-to-face in Taunton, Somerset.
Dr Claire Plumbly has hand selected some experienced HCPC-registered clinical psychologists who are all trauma-trained to be part of her Good Therapy Limited team. When you fill in the enquiry form Dr Claire Plumbly will match you up with the therapist best suited to you based on your needs and availability. The therapist will contact you to offer a free 15 minute call so you can discuss your requirements and check that you will be a good fit together.
Free introductory call
This is usually a phone call (or zoom call) to discuss what you are currently looking for, answer questions you have about therapy, and to see if you think you gel with the therapist.
Initial consultation
This is an opportunity to go through your areas of difficulty in more detail, and understand what you’d like to be different in your life.
