Dr Charlie Ingham

I graduated with a doctorate in clinical psychology at Lancaster University in 2015. As a clinical psychologist I have worked in both the NHS and private practice, and I’m passionate at helping people to enhance their relationships, increase their sense of inner calm and lead happier, more fulfilling lives after trauma. A friendly and thoughtful person, people often describe me as a calming and containing presence. Building on your existing strengths, my aim is to join you on your healing journey so that together we can find solutions to help you move forward.
