I offer online therapy sessions in a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment, tailored to your unique needs and experiences. I integrate evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). My practice utilises a trauma-informed approach and is strongly influenced by attachment theory. In addition to individual adult therapy, I offer parent coaching for adults wanting to strengthen their relationship with their child.
My approach is focused on helping you manage negative thoughts, enhance emotional regulation, process trauma, develop self-compassion, and build resilience. I aim to create a confidential space where you can safely explore your feelings, drawing on attachment theory to deepen understanding and support your emotional well-being.
